Commitment or Committed?

That is the question. Do I have the commitment to do this or should I be committed for thinking I can actually do it? The "it" I'm talking about is the fact that I just downloaded the $2.99 app that is the famous Couch to 5k. Crazy, yes, come on... I'm carrying 60+lbs that have GOT to go. I blame 2 babies, and the love of food and the hatred for exercise. My 10 year HS reunion is in October and I'd like to go back with a bangin' bod. Uhhh.... as of now, it's a blimpy bod.

Tomorrow... it starts. Fingers crossed that I'll actually commit to it. Anyone want to join me?

  1. You can doooo it!!! I was working on that last year. Because I was training for the tri and trying to swim and bike also, I definitely didn't move up every week. I started in, like, June and still hadn't gotten to the point where I could run for 30 minutes by December. In my opinion, the key is to just keep working at it and try to push yourself (which I am really bad at!). The mental part of running is the hardest for me, I think. My mind keeps telling me how much I hate it and that I can't go on, then I start walking before I really need to probably. Anyway, you go girl!!!
